Yes, a property evaluation can be done remotely if the house can be seen on a satellite map. It will be also required to provide photos of the views from the property’s windows to properly assess the surroundings.

However, it’s important to understand that without this information, the evaluation of your house will be based solely on the house’s characteristics.
